The full spread is priced from 100 to 500 people. For events over 500 people custom targeted menus that lower the per person cost are available. For less than 80 people add $15.00 per person to the base price.

St. Louis Style Pork Ribs, BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork or Beef Brisket, Spicy Smoked Sausage, Crispy Coleslaw, BBQ Pinto Beans, Jalapeno Cornbread (sweet not spicy), condiments including our Extra Special BBQ sauce, hot sauces, pickles & onions.
A Maine blueberry buckle cake is optional but not included (add 3.00 per person ++).

We cook at your location on the day of your event so the food is exceptional. We offer an attended buffet service for up to 2 hours, all heavy duty paper plates & wares are included. We bring heavy duty zip lock bags in case you or your guests want any leftover foods to take home. We will provide lined trash receptacles for the meal related waste and bag the trash and place it in an area that you designate. We require three tables (up to 6 depending on number of guests) with table cloths that match your event, or we can bring our own table cloths for the buffet. We also need an outdoor flat area about 20×20 feet and within 100 feet from the buffet. We like to have a charged hose line to hook to our hand sinks, we have plenty of hose length so any outdoor spigot usually works.
We require a 25% deposit on booking.
